This opportunity is a $1 Million opportunity; current physician has built a tremendous practice and is leaving due to being newly remarried. Current GI physician will give new physician complete medical records, files and call list of current practice AT NO CHARGE! The hospital will be providing a full income guarantee for one year and will provide a large base salary of no less than $400K, sign on bonus, possible loan repayment if needed, full relocation, practice setup and overhead for the first year, benefits and the ability to purchase the clinic that current physician is using.This is an absolute GOLD MINE practice. Physician now is doing more than $100K/per month and making over $1.2M in a year. Our client is a sole community provider with a 268-Bed facility located in Piedmont North Carolina (Desirable Community Only 45 Minutes to Downtown Charlotte); they are in search for a hard working, self-starting and quality physician to expand its Gastroenterology service line. Training in ERCP is much needed.This practice opportunity is open to all models: Solo, Hospital Employed or Multi-Specialty Group. With only one current GI physician in the facility together with tremendous community growth and need, there is overwhelming evidence that 2 more Gastroenterologists can and will be successful. The hospital is seeking to offer an income guarantee or employed contract that is highly competitive nationwide.
