Our client is a 200-bed community hospital located in Northern Ohio and is part of a respected faith-based health system. We are seeking a polished healthcare executive for a President position that will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and administration in the overall operation to ensure achievement of to organization’s strategic and operational plans by effectively managing human, financial, and capital resources within the spirit of its mission and values.The President is also responsible for:
- Providing planning, direction, assessment and evaluation to ensure market competitiveness, effective 24-hour operations and adherence with the organization’s mission, values, policies, procedures, goals and objectives
- Developing and establishing operating policies consistent with overall policies and objectives and ensures their adequate execution
- Appraising and evaluating the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and periodically reports these results to the President & CEO of the system
- Collaborating in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad area goals, which support the organization’s mission and strategic plan
- Assisting the President & CEO of the system in the overall operation of the region consistent with its mission and values
- Acting as liaison in coordinating physician relations
- Participating in ongoing direction of the facility and is active in its affairs and concerns.
